The Citi Investment Banking team in Paris is seeking a Senior Analyst to support client engagements across mergers, acquisitions and capital-raising activities. You’ll work with BCMA professionals to prepare analyses and materials, build models, and contribute to strategy discussions.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with BCMA officers and participate in client transactions as junior member.
• Organize and analyze financial data used in proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and exhibits.
• Conduct economic/financial research.
• Evaluate financial performance vs industry trends.
• Build complex financial models for valuation.
