Citi is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to assist clients in raising funds and provide strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team.

The role involves organizing and analyzing financial data, preparing written recommendations, valuation materials and exhibits for pitches, conducting economic/financial research, evaluating performance against industry trends, and building complex valuation

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Work with senior Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) officers and professionals and participate in particular client transactions projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking team
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Conduct economic/financial research
• Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes

Formation

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
