COREcruitment Ltd seeks an experienced HR Director to lead a multi-site operation with a large frontline workforce, delivering strategic HR leadership and strong operational presence across the field.

You will manage an established HR team, oversee employee and labour relations, payroll, HR systems, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment in Île-de-France.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader managing a large-scale, multi-site workforce.
• Strong background in retail, foodservice, catering, hospitality or another high-volume frontline environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large hourly employee populations and turnover dynamics.
• Solid experience in French labour relations, union engagement, CSE/Works Council management.
• Experience leading NAO negotiations and working with employee representatives.
• Experience managing senior HR managers and specialists within a larger HR function.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law, payroll oversight and HRIS environments (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience leading HR transformation, process improvement and organisational integration projects.
