Ingenico Group is seeking an FP&A Partner for Hardware Operations and Manufacturing to serve as a Finance Business Partner across Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain. The role emphasizes robust financial planning, cost control, and strategic decision support in a global industrial context.

As a key partner to senior leadership, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and the development of actionable financial insights to drive efficiency and margins in the hardware

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of FP&A, Controlling or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Strong background in an industrial environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, automotive or supply chain.
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders in an international company.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Act as the trusted Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain and Hardware Operations leadership teams.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders including Directors and Executives.
• Lead annual Budget, quarterly Forecast and Long-Term Planning for Hardware Operations.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and communicate key drivers.
• Deliver financial modeling, scenario analysis and business cases for investments.
• Monitor procurement performance, supplier costs and outsourced manufacturing expenses.
• Develop and enhance financial dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Control and optimize OPEX and track CAPEX projects against Budget and Forecast.
