INSPIRED Pet Nutrition is hiring an Operational Performance Partner in Pléchâtel, FR, to join our Operations Finance team. This site-based role focuses on using financial insight to drive operational excellence, performance improvement, and business growth within a manufacturing environment.

You will partner with factory leadership, develop KPIs, analyse cost drivers, and support budgeting and forecasting. French fluency is essential with strong English communication for international

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficient with reporting tools and presenting insights to leadership.
• Commercial mindset with ability to influence decisions and drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Partner with factory leadership to understand operational performance and develop reporting.
• Identify key cost drivers and explain variances; propose improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for factory performance and profitability.
• Analyse data to identify trends, root causes, and actions.
• Challenge performance constructively and drive improvement actions with teams.
• Improve reporting processes and ensure accuracy of information for site leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning with operational teams.
• Collaborate with finance and operations across UK and France to share best practices.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence to understand processes and relationships.
