Job summary

Manitou Australia, part of the Manitou Group, seeks an experienced Financial Controller to lead the Finance function across Sydney and Perth. You will partner with senior leaders, oversee accounting, forecasting, budgeting and compliance, and drive performance and growth across the Oceania region.

The role requires 10+ years in senior finance, CPA preferred, and willingness to travel internationally. You will collaborate with APAC and Global HQ to deliver strategic financial leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressively senior finance roles.
• Experience in multinational organisations.
• Strong governance, taxation and compliance knowledge.
• Ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance across Sydney and Perth operations.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, taxation and treasury.
