Job summary

Hexa is seeking a CFO to structure the financing strategy of the holding company and lead Scale’s deal-making. You will partner with the CEO and Hexa Partners, owning treasury, capital allocation, and shareholder reporting, while driving financial modeling and strategic incentives.

You will sit on boards of portfolio companies and collaborate across Europe in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. You should have 6–8 years in finance, with 3–4 years in investment banking or an investment fund,

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in finance, including 3–4 years in investment banking (M&A, leveraged finance) or in an investment fund/deal team.
• Fluent in French and English; ability to speak the startup/tech language.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the financing strategy at the holding level (debt, equity, hybrids).
• Manage shareholder relationships: cap table, capital operations, reporting.
• Steer treasury and capital allocation across the group’s tracks.
• Build and maintain reference financial models; lead FP&A and regulatory matters.
• Evaluate investments and participate in deal-making with Scale; sit on boards of portfolio companies.
