Job summary

STMicroelectronics France is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to join the RF & Optical Communication Sub-Group in Grenoble. You will partner with management across engineering, marketing and operations to drive strategy, forecast performance, and optimize the P&L.

This role emphasizes value creation, complex analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration in a global, fast‑moving semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or related field; dual degree an asset.
• Minimum 5 years in global business finance or manufacturing controlling.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Proficient in English and Excel; IT tools mastery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to translate priorities into financial objectives.
• Lead short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting and planning cycles.
• Drive the P&L with focus on growth and margins.
• Prepare and evaluate business cases for new products and investments.
• Turn financial data into forward-looking insights.
• Collaborate across international cross-functional teams.
