You will also lead transfer pricing, standard costing, dashboards, and internal controls, collaborating with the Cost of Sales and master data teams to support continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in manufacturing financial controlling.
• Experience partnering with site leadership and operations.
• Proficiency in cost accounting and variance analysis.

Responsabilités

• Monitor plant performance and provide insightful commentary to site leaders and regional finance partners.
• Lead annual standard costing, transfer pricing workflows, and budgeting cycles.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards to support operational decision-making.
• Uphold internal controls and support audit readiness and compliance.
