Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance (Economics, Business Administration) is required.
• At least five years of experience in global business finance or a comparable role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sub-Group and Divisional management to translate priorities into financial objectives.
• Lead short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting and planning cycles.
• Drive the P&L with focus on sustainable growth and margin optimization.
• Prepare and evaluate business cases for new products and investments.
• Turn financial data into forward-looking insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, project management, and HR.
