SENSTRONIC Group is seeking a Group Financial Controller to manage financial performance across international entities and contribute to strategic decisions at Group level. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will oversee P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPI reporting.

The role involves consolidations, budgeting, dashboards, and process improvements, with collaboration across IT and subsidiary management teams in a multicultural, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Audit, Controlling, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial audit, corporate controlling, or group financial controlling.
• Strong knowledge of Budgetary control, Consolidation, General and cost accounting, Inventory accounting and management in an industrial environment.
• Excellent command of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze Group financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs).
• Develop and enhance financial and operational dashboards.
• Participate in monthly and annual closing activities, statutory consolidation, and subsidiary performance analysis.
• Coordinate the budgeting process and periodic forecasts.
• Support subsidiaries in monitoring and improving their financial performance.
• Develop and automate reporting tools in collaboration with IT teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Group financial processes.
• Support the financial integration of newly acquired companies.
• Conduct ad hoc financial audits and process improvement reviews within subsidiaries.
