Ubisoft Paris studio is seeking a Finance professional responsible for consolidation and analysis for a major brand, working with the brand CFO, senior producer and project management to shape strategy and quantify risk. You will manage workload plans, budget translation, monitor external costs, co-devs, and full P&L, support milestone meetings, and act as the financial representative.

You will promote financial culture and drive process improvements with PowerBI and AI.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management control or financial analysis.
• Experience in a multi-site environment and exposure to game production is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerBI.
• Excellent analytical skills and rigor.
• Ability to communicate with non-financial stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Consolidation and analysis for a major Ubisoft brand.
• Collaborate with CFO, senior producer and PM team to develop strategy with quantified risk assessments.
• Prepare workload plans, budget translation, and monitor external costs and P&L.
• Support milestone meetings and act as the financial representative to group bodies.
• Monthly tracking of actuals and quarterly budget reviews within the budget framework.
• Promote financial culture and improve processes/tools (PowerBI and AI).
