Ubisoft Paris seeks a senior financial controller to drive consolidation, budgeting, and financial analysis for a major brand. You will partner with CFO, producers, and PMs to shape strategy, quantify risk, and translate plans into actionable budgets.

You will lead quarterly reviews, monitor external costs and full P&L, and push process improvements using PowerBI and AI tools in a dynamic, multicultural studio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in management control or financial analysis in a multi-site environment, ideally with exposure to game production.
• Strong command of consolidation and financial analysis of statements and production-based reporting.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerBI.
• Excellent analytical skills and rigor.
• Autonomous leadership, effective communication, and stakeholder buy-in.
• Comfortable collaborating with non-financial stakeholders to address constraints.
• Able to communicate in English in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of the video game industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Finance consolidation and analysis for Ubisoft's major brand, contributing to strategy and risk assessments.
• Produce budgeting, cost monitoring, and P&L reporting in line with group constraints.
• Facilitate milestone meetings as the financial representative and support financial reviews.
• Lead quarterly budget reviews and monthly actual tracking within scope.
• Promote financial culture and improve processes/tools, notably PowerBI and AI assistance.
