Airbus DS SLC SAS is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Manager to lead due diligence on third parties, monitor sanctions flags, and strengthen anti-money laundering controls. The role requires presenting complex compliance files to governance bodies and advising on risk-based decisions within a regulated industrial setting.

The ideal candidate will have English proficiency, autonomy, and strong ethical judgment, with experience in procurement compliance and contract clauses.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Ethics and Compliance.
• Experience in complex industrial or regulated environments.
• Proficiency in evaluating due diligence and risk mitigation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee due diligence for third parties to identify and mitigate risks.
• Analyze red flags related to sanctioned entities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Mitigate money-laundering and terrorist financing risks via high-level due diligence.
• Support decision committees by presenting complex compliance files.
