Celonis is seeking a Senior Leader to oversee and grow our team of Enterprise Architects. This pivotal role requires exceptional technical proficiency and people management to support our sales organization by removing technical barriers.

As part of your responsibilities, you'll engage with C-level executives, ensuring delivery across various departments, while also driving innovative architectures for modernization.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant experience managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams.
• Proven ability to think strategically and connect technical solutions to business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
• Strong background in Data Architecture and system integrations.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and API ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects.
• Present strategic visions to C-level executives.
• Guide your team to design architectures for enterprise modernization.
• Ensure delivery of premier technical services.
• Oversee IT landscape assessment for customer installed base.
