PepsiCo is seeking a senior Supply Chain Director to shape and lead the end-to-end supply chain agenda for France. You will translate the France strategy into a clear plan, leading execution across customer collaboration, demand and supply planning, inventory, warehousing, transportation, co-manufacturing, and connectivity with Western Europe manufacturing networks.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain, operations, or a closely related field.
• Broad experience across planning, logistics, customer collaboration, manufacturing, or co-manufacturing.
• Experience owning outcomes across service, cost, inventory, productivity, and transformation in a complex organization.
• Experience with IBP / S&OP, network design, third‑party operations, digital transformation, or performance management.
• A track record of leading leaders and multidisciplinary teams through change while maintaining strong operational performance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with ability to translate business strategy into clear priorities and execution.
• Fluent French and professional English.

• Lead integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) and translate risks into actions.
• Drive cost, cash, and productivity through the budget and productivity pipeline.
• Shape a future-ready network including sourcing, warehousing, and transport decisions.
• Build resilience, manage risk, and plan for continuity across the supply chain.
• Lead transformation and digital adoption to improve service and efficiency.
