PepsiCo is seeking a senior Supply Chain leader to shape and lead the end-to-end Supply Chain agenda for France. As a member of the France Leadership Team, you will translate business strategy into an integrated Supply Chain plan, connecting customer service, planning, logistics, inventory, co-manufacturing, and the Western Europe manufacturing network.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, engineering, operations, or business.
Postgraduate qualification valued but not required.
Fluent French and professional English.

Responsabilités

Set end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for France.
Own customer service, product availability, cost, inventory, and productivity.
Lead IBP / S&OP, linking demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and finance.
Shape the future network across sourcing, co-manufacturing, warehousing and transport.
Drive transformation and digital adoption to improve decision-making.
Strengthen partnerships with Sales, customers, suppliers and regional teams.
Develop a high-performing, diverse organization with clear accountability.
