Imerys in Paris is seeking a Demand Planning and S&OP Planning Manager to lead monthly demand reviews, coordinate DRP and S&OP processes, and partner with Sales, Production, and Finance to align forecasts with supply. You will analyze forecasts, challenge orders, and drive continuous improvement of Quintiq-based tools, while ensuring timely communications with plant directors and senior management.

A Master’s in Supply Chain and 5+ years in industrial planning are required.

Qualifikationen

• Master Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in S&OP and Demand Planning Management within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of working in transversal, matrixed, multicultural international organizations.
• Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Deep analysis of Monthly Forecast and Demand deviations.
• Lead the Monthly Demand Review with Plant Directors, Controlling and Sales.
• Coordinate S&OP processes and DRP follow-up across sites and functions.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Quintiq tool and related processes.
