Pigment is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to turn customer outcomes into case studies, testimonials, and video stories. You will work closely with Sales, CX, and Community teams to celebrate customer success and build trusted advocacy across Pigment’s programs.

We value relationship skills, strong writing and speaking abilities, and a strategic mindset to scale customer storytelling with AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer marketing or advocacy content within B2B tech.
• Proven ability to turn customer relationships into public stories.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to engage executives.

Responsabilités

• Identify and share case studies, testimonials, and video stories.
• Nurture strategic customer partnerships and public storytelling.
• Coordinate with Sales, CX, Community, and PR to surface customer voices.
• Manage references in Salesforce and maintain access to stories.
