Qualifications

• Admitted to the Bar (CAPA).
• 4 to 5 years of experience in a law firm (including final internship/training contract).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Involved in mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, and joint ventures.
• Work on capital markets and strategic corporate transactions.
• Engage with both French and international clients.
