Job summary

MaiaSpace in La Défense, France, invites applications for a Contract Manager on a full-time basis within the Procurement team. You will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, from supplier sourcing and RFI/RFQ through negotiation, execution, renewal or closure, and archiving.

You will collaborate with Development, Production, Industrialization, Quality, Finance, Legal and supplier teams to monitor milestones, payments, warranties and supplier performance, and to support KPI-driven performance

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in Contract Management, purchasing/procurement or complex contracts.
Experience managing the full contract lifecycle from sourcing to archiving.
Strong negotiation, risk analysis and supplier performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

Manage procurement and contractual activities across the contract lifecycle.
Coordinate with Development, Production, Industrialization, Quality, Finance, Legal and supplier teams.
Monitor milestones, deliverables, acceptance, supplier payments and warranties.
Support supplier economic/financial analysis and KPI-based performance management.
Contribute to sourcing strategy, spare-parts policy and obsolescence management.
