Airbus is seeking a Category Buyer (f/m) to join our General Procurement Business Services Team in Toulouse, France. You will manage end-to-end procurement for a strategic portfolio of service providers across SCQ and Px operations, with spend over 70M€ per year.

The role requires a Master’s in SCM or related field, 5+ years of buying experience, and strong stakeholder management and English proficiency. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, shape contracting, and drive sustainability,

Formación

• 5+ years of professional buying experience, preferably in plant/services.
• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Transport & Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven stakeholder management at executive level and strong negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to implement agile procurement strategies.
• Full professional proficiency in English (French/German/Spanish a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end procurement for a strategic portfolio of service providers (spend >70M€/year).
• Execute the Procurement Market Segment Strategy, perform market intelligence, and manage tenders and contract drafting.
• Lead multi-functional / multi-divisional teams across the contract lifecycle.
• Maintain robust relationships with market-leading suppliers through business reviews with senior internal stakeholders.
• Drive projects advancing Airbus’ roadmaps in sustainability, supply chain resilience, and digitalization.
