Une entreprise leader dans le développement de médicaments recherche un acheteur stratégique pour rejoindre son équipe à Toulouse. Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la gestion des fournisseurs et de l'optimisation des coûts en conformité avec les objectifs financiers de l'entreprise. Ce rôle nécessite une expérience significative dans le secteur, des compétences en négociation, et une capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en collaborant efficacement avec divers départements.

Qualifications

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un département achat.
• Capacité de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
• Compétences en négociation et en résolution de problèmes.

Responsabilités

• Analyser le portefeuille alloué pour identifier des zones d'optimisation.
• Contacter la base de fournisseurs pour des devis et négocier.
• Assurer une bonne coordination avec les utilisateurs finaux.

Strategic Buyer (f/m) _ CDD 4 months

Based in Toulouse this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hands-on buyer to take a challenging role at Evotec. You will help align vendors and contractors in a strategic manner to gain the best possible value structure for delivery of supplies, capital goods and services, in accordance with the global company strategy.Reporting to the Buyer Team Lead in Toulouse, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyse the allocated portfolio, project to identify areas for optimization. Optimize prices using a total cost approach and thus contribute to company financial objectives and initiatives through commercial negotiations.

• Contact the supplier base for the purpose of quotation and or contract request and negotiate in keeping with departmental budgets.

• Ensure continued alignment with the needs of the end user/stakeholders/internal client.

• Provide support to other departments/cost centres where detail on budget is needed.

• Management of supplier specifically to monitor supplier’s risk, invoice disputes and any other supplier issues.

• Support project management on lean and efficiency projects.

Your ideal qualification:

• At least 3 years of experience in a purchasing department in an industrial or pharmaceutical company,

• Ability to work autonomously, but also as an active team member.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. A technical mindset.

• Ability to establish good relationships and work effectively with internal users and suppliers.

• Fluent in French and English

• Proficiency in common office software as Microsoft Word, Excel, experience using ERP systems.
