Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking an experienced BioPharma Senior Sales Specialist to accelerate adoption across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector in EMEAI, with frequent travel. This role can be based in France, Belgium, or the Netherlands.

The successful candidate will drive strategic growth across BioPharma accounts, collaborating with Field Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable revenue and expand nanopore sequencing applications in drug discovery,

Qualifications

• Senior commercial professional with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector.
• Track record of developing complex, strategic customer relationships and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience engaging stakeholders from scientists through to senior executives and coordinating across a matrix organisation.

Responsabilités

• Execute the Biopharma commercial strategy, delivering against revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and create complex account plans that expand adoption across stakeholders, applications, departments and sites.
• Own deal strategy for key accounts in the region, with national or global scope where required.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, CDMO and other strategic Biopharma customers.
• Develop senior and executive-level relationships within key accounts.
• Identify high-value opportunities for nanopore sequencing across drug discovery and development, translational research, biomarker development, cell and gene therapy, vaccines, multi-omics and emerging Biopharma applications.
• Translate customer evaluations and pilot projects into scaled, routine use of Oxford Nanopore technology.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and customer-led projects that create new commercial opportunities.
• Partner closely with Field Sales teams to drive coordinated account strategy and execution across EMEAI.
• Manage and maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting and commercial discipline.
• Capture customer, market and competitive insights to influence commercial strategy, product development and market positioning.
