Une entreprise internationale recherche un Gestionnaire de BID et de Projet stratégique pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique à Toulouse. Ce rôle implique la gestion de BIDs complexes et de projets stratégiques pour soutenir le développement commercial dans les marchés cibles d'Airbus Protect. Vous serez responsable de la planification, de la direction des équipes et de la communication avec les parties prenantes. Job Description:

As part of the Strategy & Business Development team, you will lead the BID Management of complex BIDs and manage selected strategic projects to support the Business Development in the Airbus Protect Target Markets.

The role …
  1. Manage transnational complex BU & Cross BU BIDs from early opportunity identification to contract signature.
  2. Plan and lead the bid project and the bid team, including coordination of partners required.
  3. Defining the bid strategy and ensuring that all internal activities, gate/approval reviews, external milestones are successfully completed on quality and on time.
  4. Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of the AP BID process.
  5. Stay up to date with market trends to provide regular input to foster the AP Go-To-Market activities.
  6. Lead selected strategic and transversal projects to support the business development in complex target markets.
  7. Manage the projects along the entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  8. Manage the project team with transnational stakeholders and teams (BUs, Portfolio Management, (K)AMs, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Management).
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams.
Are you THE one?
  1. Educated to a degree level in Information Technology, Business Administration, High-Tech or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in BID Management.
  3. Strong knowledge in Project/Program Management.
  4. Ideally experience in European Cyber Security / Safety / Sustainability Standards, Guidelines and Regulations.
  5. Good communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
  6. Experience and interest in analytical thinking and planning.
  7. Ready to travel for customer/partners/internal meetings.
  8. Used and interested to work in an international environment.
