Job Description:
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales and results-oriented Strategic Account Manager based in Istanbul to join our South Eastern team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing key top enterprise client for a list of clients in order to ensure the successful adoption of our solutions within strategic accounts within Turkey.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners in Turkey, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business needs.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Dassault Systèmes' goals, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing account potential.
- Drive sales initiatives within strategic accounts, collaborating with partner sales teams to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and support to ensure client needs are met and aligned with company objectives.
- Act as a client advocate within Dassault Systèmes, ensuring that client feedback is communicated effectively and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong capability in interacting and coordinating within Solidworks channel, creating synergies with the local partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust strategies and ensure the company remains competitive within strategic accounts.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales strategic account management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of Dassault Systèmes' solutions or similar software suites.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet partners
- Fluency in English and Turkish (other languages will be considered a plus)
