Job Description:

This position will be a part of the Enterprise sales organisation, focusing on organizations (customers) with 500+ employees. It is an individual contributor role. As a Strategic CX Account Executive, you will lead efforts to build transformative partnerships with enterprise organizations. Your expertise in CX solutions will enable you to craft and deliver strategies that help organizations optimize customer experience and operational efficiency. You’ll engage in complex sales cycles, working with C-suite executives and global teams to create lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Build long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and global stakeholders to deliver CX transformation strategies.
  2. Creative Solution Selling: Use your expertise in CX workforce transformation and enterprise CX solutions to craft tailored proposals that deliver measurable value. Identify new CX opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, both direct and through channels.
  3. Custom Engagements: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver highly customized solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  4. Influential Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex organizational structures to align diverse global teams and secure buy-in from decision-makers.
  5. Account Management: Manage relationships with CX personas for current customers and identify new growth opportunities.
  6. Pipeline Management: Strategically manage a high-value pipeline with long sales cycles, ensuring steady progress towards closing significant deals.
Qualifications:
  1. 8-12 years experience managing complex "lead to close" sales cycles for customer service software, preferably in a strategic software sales environment focused on new customer acquisition (Hunter role).
  2. Experience in Value Selling and other sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger Sale, BASHO, etc.).
  3. Domain knowledge and sales experience in Customer Service Software are required.
  4. Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a geographic territory selling complex software solutions.
  5. Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills, high curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
