Lengow, leader des solutions e-commerce intelligentes, recherche un représentant commercial qui saura gérer le cycle de vente complet et établir des relations durables avec les clients. Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée en vente B2B SaaS avec un accent sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
  • Capacité démontrée à conclure des contrats de grande valeur avec des clients d'entreprise.
  • Familiarité avec l'écosystème e-commerce, y compris les plateformes de prix et de publicité.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer le cycle complet de vente, des appels de découverte aux signatures de contrats.
  • Construire et entretenir des relations à long terme avec les clients.
  • Analyser les rapports de performance mensuels et fournir des aperçus à l'équipe dirigeante.

Your responsibility :

1. Strategic Positioning and prospecting

  • Identify and target high-potential accounts and merchants based in France;
  • Develop tailored prospecting plans informed by market trends and customer requirements;
  • Team up with Marketing, the Business Development Team, Partner team, Product and the management team to guarantee for new customers to choose Lengow.

2. Full Sales Cycle Management

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes : from discovery calls to product demos, negotiations, and contract signings;
  • Showcase Lengow’s platform and its product offerings as a strategic solution to customers’ e-commerce challenges, addressing pain points, and delivering measurable ROI;
  • Exceed individual sales KPIs, including lead-to-deal conversion rates and revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, positioning Lengow as their preferred e-commerce partner;
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio to drive recurring revenue growth.

4. Reporting and Optimization

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in HubSpot;
  • Analyse monthly performance reports, highlighting progress, key wins, and areas for improvement;
  • Provide insights to the leadership team to refine sales strategies and market approaches.

Requirements

  • Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or e-commerce sales with a focus on new business acquisition;
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
  • Industry Knowledge :
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, shopping feeds, price intelligence and advertising platforms;
  • Experience working with retailers, brands, or digital agencies is a strong plus.
  • Communication & Relationship Building :
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate complex solutions and build trust with stakeholders;
  • Ability to adapt your approach to engage C-level executives and technical teams alike.
  • French native is mandatory

  • Thrive to exceed sales targets and take ownership of challenges;
  • Ability to experiment with new approaches and innovate sales methods to achieve results;
