About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Executive to join our Udemy Business team in France. In this role, you will focus on building and expanding relationships with our most strategic enterprise customers in France, playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer success. This position offers significant growth potential, allowing you to collaborate with senior leadership, influence strategy, and contribute directly to Udemy's expansion in the EMEA region.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of Udemy's top enterprise customers in France, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
  2. Develop strategic account plans that align Udemy’s solutions with the customer’s learning and development objectives.
  3. Lead complex sales cycles, navigating multiple stakeholders across C-level executives, HR leaders, and procurement teams.
  4. Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of Udemy’s platform capabilities, ensuring you can effectively communicate its value proposition.
  7. Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets, contributing to the EMEA region's growth strategy.
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, positioning Udemy as a strategic partner for workforce development.
What you’ll have
  1. 5+ years of proven experience in Enterprise sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  2. Strong consultative selling skills, with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders.
  3. Excellent strategic planning skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  4. Experience in the SaaS industry, ideally within a learning and development, HR tech, or digital transformation environment.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a collaborative mindset.
  7. Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  8. A strong understanding of the French market and enterprise landscape is highly desirable.
