A leading company in logistics seeks a dedicated individual for inventory management in Bordeaux. The role involves overseeing deliveries, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should possess basic counting skills and prior experience in inventory management. Preferred qualifications include specific training certifications, with part-time hours from Tuesday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inventory management or related fields is preferred.
• Working time: 3 days/week, 4 hours/day.
• English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.

Primary Mission: Delivery Control and Approval

• Oversee and verify all incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring quality, quantity, and specifications match order requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, updating inventory status daily.

Inventory Management and Storage

• Store goods systematically, following proper procedures for storage and handling to ensure quality preservation.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, update stock levels, and make reports to track stock movements and discrepancies.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare daily output forms, accurately documenting goods dispensed to various departments.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, product movement, and usage trends.

Support and Flexibility

• Assist in additional storage or stock management tasks as required, adapting to other logistical or administrative needs.

Quality and Compliance

• Ensure all inventory control procedures comply with safety and quality standards, and identify areas for process improvement.

Perfil

• Working time :3 days per week : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 4hours per day from 08:00 to 12:00
• Training and Certification: LSKP training and ZVÜ certification are preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in inventory management, storage, or related fields.
• Skills: Basic counting and data entry skills; ability to work independently and accurately.
• Language: English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
• Location: Residing in or near Munich.(As the production site is 85445 Oberding)
