Job Responsibilities

1. Fully conversant with and abide by the policies and procedures implemented for the procurement process.
2. Be aware of fluctuations in consumption patterns and proactively manage slow-moving and non-moving items.
3. Maintain cleanliness in the area and adhere to storage standards.
4. Verify all incoming goods against receiving records.
5. Issue supplies only on authorized requests and maintain updated inventory records at all times.
6. Ensure stocks are not accessible after hours without the duty Manager’s approval. All after-hours issues should be reported to the cost controller on the next working day.
7. Perform regular inventory verifications for quantities, product quality, and expiration dates for stored items.
8. Conduct monthly inventories for all stored products and assist the cost controller with outlet inventories.
9. Assist in quarterly, bi-yearly, and yearly inventories of operating equipment.
10. Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Senior Storekeeper.
