About the role:
We embrace creativity and innovation to elevate every aspect of the luxury retail experience. As part of a transformative plan for our supply chain, we are looking for an experienced Store Planning Supply Chain Senior Manager. This role will be central to our efforts in executing boutique projects, both new openings and renovations, for our Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions.
As the Senior Manager, Store Planning Supply Chain, you will manage and transform interior design flows critical to CHANEL’s global boutique operations. You will coordinate among global and regional store planners, logistics providers, and interior design teams, ensuring seamless supply chain and procurement activities related to store planning and development.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
Governance and Coordination:
• Develop and enforce a governance structure connecting internal teams and external partners.
• Lead regular reviews and meetings to ensure alignment on supply chain topics.
• Manage relationships with interior design partners and logistics suppliers in NYC and Geneva.
Process Innovation and Management:
• Design and implement processes to optimize logistics and design flows.
• Coordinate project planning across categories, ensuring compliance with regional and international standards.
• Oversee project sheets and planning documents to track milestones.
Advanced Analytics and Traceability:
• Lead the rollout of a web-based traceability tool.
• Develop performance metrics to monitor logistics effectiveness.
Financial Oversight and Compliance:
• Monitor invoicing and costs, set KPIs for logistics expenses.
• Ensure financial transactions comply with CHANEL standards.
Risk Management and Optimization:
• Manage crisis situations and implement alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with Insurance to insure shipments.
Leadership and Team Development:
• Mentor and lead a diverse team, fostering high performance.
• Promote a culture of innovation within the supply chain.

What you will bring to the team:
• 10+ years in logistics or supply chain management, especially high-value goods.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of global logistics, compliance, risk, and contracts.
• Expertise in procurement and logistics software.
• Leadership, communication, and relationship skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced settings.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Position Logistics:
• Bachelor’s in related fields; Master’s preferred.
• Based in Paris, France.
• Some travel required.
