Job Description:
  • Responsibilities:
  • Store opening support, including logistics and materials management (furniture, fixtures, surveillance, POS hardware, landline phones, receipt printers, footfall counters, etc.)
  • Store information maintenance, new store account applications, and updates (Mi store info, Google store listing)
  • Planning and executing store maintenance and image upkeep
  • Managing store opening contracts and deposits
  • System submissions and monthly store synchronization
  • Tracking store progress via Yangfan system
  • Handling store closure settlements and refunds
  • Insurance applications and claims for new retail stores
  • Ordering operation materials (decoration items, shopping bags, etc.)
  • Supporting store systems (Retail Link, RMS, Mi Office), maintenance, and staff training
  • Coordination of cash and payment processes, and training for new store openings
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of experience in store management or opening management
  • Familiarity with store operations and processes
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in office software and management systems
  • Basic financial knowledge, budgeting, and system maintenance skills
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Fluent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience with well-known retail brands preferred
