Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise reception, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control losses.
• Ensure planograms are implemented and merchandise is presented properly.
• Maintain financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
