As a Store Manager, you will empower your team to achieve outstanding operational results while delivering excellent customer service. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site 100% of the time in Danville, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and growing net contribution.
2. Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer issues efficiently.
3. Lead and motivate staff through training, mentoring, and resolving associate issues to ensure high engagement.
4. Understand the local market, operations-based selling, and customer base.
5. Ensure the store's exterior and interior appearance, including merchandising displays, meet standards.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ years retail store experience required.
2. Knowledge of paint and sundries application is a plus.
3. Flexible to work shifts and a minimum of 45 hours per week; valid driver’s license required.
4. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds daily.
5. Consent to background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks.
