Chili Beans is the largest sunglasses brand in Latin America, with over 1,200 stores worldwide and locations in Bali. We are all about attitude, style, and innovation. Now, we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Canggu store.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Monitor and drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets.

• Manage inventory, consignment, and store presentation.

• Train and develop your team.

• Handle scheduling, reporting, and store administration.

• Any other responsibilities/ Management duties that support the team and business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar retail leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Sales-driven and customer service mindset.

• Ability to solve problems and make quick, effective decisions.
