About the Role

Qualifications - About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
  • Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally, including bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems.
