As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
- Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems.
