Store Manager Job Description

As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales and Profit: Achieving store targets through driving sales.
  2. Customer Service: Delivering the highest level of customer service.
  3. Store Operations: Ensuring the store runs smoothly.
  4. Commerciality: Maintaining well-merchandised and commercially correct store presentation.
  5. Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, managing, and developing your team to achieve results.
  6. Ear Piercing: Full training provided.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
  • Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems.
