Coach seeks a Brand Ambassador to lead the sales floor with a strong leadership presence and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will embody Coach values and drive an inclusive, high-performing store culture across teams.

You will support the implementation of company initiatives, assist with recruiting and training, and help analyze sales trends to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or fashion environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to mentor staff.

Responsabilités

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets.

• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports store operations.
