Job summary

Homesavers is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience in Charleville‑Mézières. You will manage a motivated team, set KPIs, and ensure pricing, merchandising, and customer service align with brand standards.

You will own store performance, analyse sales data, schedule rosters, oversee stock and cash handling, and maintain Health & Safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Focus on improving operational efficiency and reducing losses.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across departments.
• Set clear KPIs and expectations for staff performance.
• Drive outstanding customer service and maintain brand standards.
• Analyse sales data, footfall, and conversion to identify opportunities.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, stock, and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members; manage performance.
• Ensure health & safety, GDPR, and employment law compliance.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and promotions to maximise sales.
• Report weekly on store performance and KPIs to regional management.
