Job Description:
Your missions will include:
- Business Strategy: Elaborate, adapt, and recommend EMEA merchandising strategies aligned with Global Brands guidelines. Develop programs, tools, and planograms. Oversee distribution, store openings, refurbishments, and launch calendars.
- Communication and Organization: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders at regional, global, and affiliate levels. Collaborate with marketing for project strategies, distribution, customer journey, and line-up. Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely asset delivery. Ensure local projects align with overall strategy. Work closely with internal teams and external partners. Optimize work tools and processes. Coach and train local affiliates. Produce guidelines and information documents. Prepare presentations for meetings and reviews.
- Project Management: Manage project workflows, create guideline books, check forecasts, and develop briefs with VM designers. Oversee zoning, navigation, and design graphics. Follow up on production, quality control, and budgets.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage a visual designer and a store designer, ensuring workflow and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
Your profile:
- Comprehensive knowledge of store design, visual merchandising, and scenography.
- Creative skills with experience in store design, graphics, or visual merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of regional and local points of sale specificities.
- Understanding of the consumer journey in-store.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Decision-making skills and self-reliance.
- Collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and summarization skills.
Added skills:
- Video content creation.
- Omnichannel experience design/digital assets.
- Event planning and coordination.
Software skills:
- MAC software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp. Adobe Premiere a plus.
Future responsibilities:
- Design retail spaces for store openings and renovations.
- Ensure completion of SDRF and briefs from affiliates.
- Approve shopfitter's technical drawings and support affiliates and shopfitters.
- Collaborate on sourcing materials, solutions, and innovations.
- Work with IP on cost optimization.
- Create and update store design guidelines.
- Follow up on implementations and track progress.
- Manage best practices and update store design trackers.
