On is seeking a Store Advisor to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and guide customers through their shopping journey in our Paris store. You will maintain stock levels and execute visual merchandising plans to create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.

You will respond to inquiries, restock shelves, organize deliveries, and support daily store operations while upholding health and safety standards.

Your story

• You have 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
• You have an understanding of customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions.
• You possess organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service levels.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
