Under Group IT Services Distributed Products, the “Storage” product aims at delivering best-in-class storage capabilities (SAN – Sunset Product, NAS, Hyperconverged) for AXA GO and its entities.

As a member of this team, you are responsible for engineering and operating new storage solutions and technologies, working globally across all regions.

As part of the Cloud Transformation program (ATLAS), AXA GO and its entities plan to modernize the remaining regional datacenter footprint to support workloads not eligible for Public Cloud.

Your Main Tasks

1. Storage Infrastructure Management
2. Design and deploy NAS and cloud-based storage solutions.
3. Configure volumes and storage tiers based on performance needs.
4. Optimize storage performance through tuning and load balancing.
5. Provide 24/7 support and participate in early morning rotations.
6. Create and maintain documentation (LLD, procedures, processes).

1. Data Protection & Backup
2. Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
3. Utilize backup solutions as needed.
4. Develop data replication strategies across data centers for business continuity.

1. Storage Security & Compliance
2. Implement encryption, access controls, and role-based permissions.
3. Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and other standards.
4. Monitor and prevent ransomware and unauthorized access.
5. Participate in audit issue remediation.

1. Capacity Planning & Optimization
2. Analyze storage utilization and forecast future needs.
3. Enhance storage efficiency with deduplication, compression, and thin provisioning.
4. Automate storage management using scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

1. Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning
2. Identify and resolve latency, IOPS bottlenecks, or disk failures.
3. Perform firmware updates, patches, and health checks.
4. Collaborate with network and database teams to optimize data flow.
5. Manage incidents, resolution, and communication.

Your Profile

Mandatory knowledge and experience:

• Expertise in NAS NetApp storage.
• Knowledge of Broadcom switches.
• Experience with NAS upgrades and refreshes.
• Experience with NetApp Cloud Volume Ontap and/or AWS FSX N is a plus.
• Skills in hyperconverged solutions like Nutanix, vSAN.
• Proven experience in IT production environments, including incident management, 24/7 support, and disaster recovery architectures.
• Scripting and automation skills: Python, Ansible, Terraform.
• Strong understanding of IT and data center architectures.
• Ability to maintain clear documentation and procedures.

Soft skills:

• Capable of working in a dynamic, global matrix organization.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
