Floor & Decor is seeking a Storage Buy Customer Service Associate to support storage buy orders and audits. The role requires 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with store management and associates.

Responsibilities include gathering customer information, managing orders within a 14-day window, performing regular audits, and delivering orders in POS while upholding safety practices and company values.

Competenze

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Obtain the required customer information to properly manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within the 14-day window.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits for accuracy per SOP.
• Deliver storage buy orders in POS to customers.
• Act in line with the company’s core values and safety SOPs.
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines and assist as needed.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
