Floor & Decor is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to safeguard the store's merchandise accuracy and inventory integrity. This role supports both full-time and part-time schedules in a busy retail environment.

You will perform cycle counts, review shipments, and resolve discrepancies in the inventory system while maintaining strict SOP adherence. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year inventory control experience in a big box retail setting.
• POS analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety SOPs and lifting procedures.
• Perform daily cycle counts and category reviews.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and adjust in the system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Notify managers of tagging or SKU discrepancies.
• Audit key inventory processes per SOP.
• Audit incoming/outgoing trucks and RTV/SRR processes per SOP.
• Audit customer merchandise storage area and resolve issues.
• Assist Operations Manager during physical inventories.
• Maintain cycle count paperwork per SOP.
