Overview:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for stock management, ensuring all deliveries, transfers, and organization of the stockroom are carried out with attention to detail and efficiency. You will support sales consultants to meet client needs.

Based in our Saint Honore boutique, you'll communicate closely with Operations, Inventory, Logistics, and Buying departments.

Your mission:

Stock Management and Organization:

• Support store operations including deliveries, replenishment, and inventories.
• Maintain tidy and efficient stockroom organization.
• Perform cycle counts and check deliveries against invoices.
• Communicate stock status with head office and monitor stock replenishment.
• Ensure security and proper organization of packaging.
• Prepare markdowns and manage stock levels according to demand.
• Coordinate with inventory control on stock transfers and returns.

Store Policies and Procedures:

• Adhere to policies focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
• Manage in-store operations, including IT tickets and staff uniform allocation.
• Update staff on policies and handle administrative tasks, including cash handling and bank reconciliations.
• Meet KPIs such as speed of sending and packaging.

After sales:

• Manage client aftersales orders and adjustments.
• Coordinate logistics for dry cleaning and alterations.

Your Talent:

• Fluent in French and English; other languages beneficial.
• Experience in a similar role with multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of JDA and RetailPro advantageous.
• Strong numeracy, IT skills, and communication abilities.
