Position Title: Senior Villa Stewardess – LIVE IN

Purpose: Providing the highest standards of service and cleanliness for the house. Creating a home environment for the principles. Along with the head of operations, build & train a team of staff to assist in this process whilst ensuring a calm and organised household.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the head of operations to ensure the smooth & efficient running of the family home.
  2. Act as guardian for the property both when vacant and occupied (shared with Facilities person & chauffeur living onsite). Respond to alarm activations and follow protocols.
  3. Be adaptable, hands-on, and prepared to multi-task in all areas.
  4. Lead and be the go-to person for madam when in residence.
  5. Lead food and beverage service to principals and guests, with assistance from the team. (Light cooking required occasionally)
  6. Coordinate and plan daily schedules for the principals, including making appointments, e-purchasing, and menu proposals to suit dietary requirements.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards of the house, ensuring regular inspections and monthly reports.
  8. Oversee the care of the principles’ wardrobes.
  9. Train staff and communicate daily plans with the team in collaboration with the Head of Operations. Manage staffing rotas and holidays.
  10. Take responsibility for the care of animals on the property, especially family dogs when principals are away.
  11. Conduct monthly and weekly inventories of supplies and make purchases as necessary.
  12. Drive the principals and guests as required.
