Job Description:

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the preparation of a proposal for an EU-funded project in SEA Lot 6: Education Sector Public Expenditure Review (PER) in Greenland. We are searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project. The objective of the Education PER is to provide evidence-based recommendations for better fiscal management, efficient use of public expenditures, and improved service delivery in Greenland's education sector.

Data Analyst / Statistician (Category II):

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends in public spending and financial performance.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across various sources.
  • Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to designing and implementing data collection strategies.
  • Prepare analytical reports, briefs, and data summaries for stakeholders and decision-makers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English (C1); minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in public finance, economics, or development sectors.
  • Advanced skills in statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, STATA, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience handling large datasets and applying advanced statistical techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of public sector data, fiscal indicators, or development finance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data accessibly.

Additional assets:

  • Experience working with government, development agencies, or international institutions.
  • Familiarity with open data standards, GIS, or machine learning tools is a plus.
