Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Station Supervisor II to support the Station Manager in daily operations at large stations. You will oversee operations, manage staff, coordinate fleet activities, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on leading a team, maintaining service quality, and optimizing station performance while upholding safety and compliance standards across a major location within our network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or operational role, preferably in the car rental or customer service industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on team management and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to support large station operations and coordinate complex support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient processes.
• Help manage the availability, maintenance and condition of the vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle rentals, returns and cleaning schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support staff training and guidance to deliver excellent customer service.
