Diabolocom is seeking a hands-on Stateful Services Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure behind its AI-powered customer communications platform. You will own and evolve PostgreSQL clusters, Redis, ClickHouse, RabbitMQ and Kafka/Redpanda, ensuring high availability and safe maintenance across on-premise data centers and distributed systems.

You will collaborate with SRE, engineering and infra teams, contribute to monitoring, automation and incident response, and help scale the platform

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with production-grade databases (PostgreSQL).
• Experience operating and maintaining distributed stateful services.
• Ability to design for high availability, replication and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with on-premise or bare-metal infrastructures.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain stateful services including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ and Kafka/Redpanda.
• Scale, upgrade, migrate and back up databases with minimal downtime.
• Improve HA, failover, replication and DR across data centers.
• Collaborate with software, SRE and infra teams to ensure reliability.
• Participate in on-call and incident management rotations.
